What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

Remidy accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site without the need of an account.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How Long Until My Item(s) Is Shipped?

Remidy t-shirts usually ship within 2-3 business weeks of order placement.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do accept international orders.

What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Timeframe for shipment of domestic items is usually 2-7 business days.
International items normally take 6-10 business days.

How Is Shipping Calculated?

Shipping fees are added at checkout after item(s) are added to your shopping cart. You will be asked to enter your zip code/address into the PayPal form and the amount will be calculated automatically for the shipping location.

How Secure Is This Online Store?

Our store uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) which is updated daily with PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the SSL with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the unworn/unaltered item(s) for an exchange or refund minus shipping and handling costs.

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the 30 day period.

If you are asking for a refund, you will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept worn or used item(s).

What Is The Best Way to Care For My T-shirt?

Our t-shirts tend to slightly shrink length wise. It is not recommended to iron on top of the print. Either iron the t-shirt inside out or place a piece of fabric on top of the print to iron over.
